No Guts No Glory is a lady from Brooklyn who makes your art look like child’s play. Her designs are funny, nasty, and fun as hell to stare at. Currently she is working on sewing giant printed monsters in her NY studio. I wanna come cuddle.

Her work will be part of a bike-themed group show “Cycle Through” opening March 6 and lasting through the 28 at YOUNG BLOOD GALLERY & BOUTIQUE in ATLANTA. So don’t wanna miss that.

BNGRZ BLL was NUTZ! A thousand faces melted and hearts won.. Also my first time seeing Sparkz1 in the mix and I hope not the last. <3 Back pats all around.

WASHED OUT reminds me a little of John Maus if he was in a stoned haze on a beautiful sunny day. I am feeling it for sure but I always wonder how it will go live.. ahem dirty projectors.

There are a few enticing things, socially and otherwise, threatening to thaw my icy winter mood. Everyone’s buzzing about Discoteca.. from the pictures I wasn’t impressed but then again maybe I’m just bitter about waiting six months to legally hang out there. On the other hand I am proud of these guys for finally getting their doors open! It’s been a long time coming..

Last night I totally spaced on the SKATEBOARD ART SHOW at LEO. Kinda bummed, but definitely still going to check it out. Amy Mayfield is the queen of skeleton army art.

Also just wondering why everything is “hard” all of a sudden. Trendy phrase alert, see also: ridic.
